Open House Day Malinska

On Saturday, 10 October 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm, we will be hosting a new Open House Day in Malinska, on the island of Krk.

We will open the doors to a semi-detached property, built to an individual design.

The building has two storeys and a gross floor area of 276 m². It was built using the Standard system. The roof is a gable roof, using a system of roof trusses.

The footprint dimensions are 11.46 × 12.06 m. PVC joinery has been installed, anthracite grey on the outside and white on the inside, with roller shutters fitted for sun protection. We manufactured and assembled a staircase structure made of three-layer panels, which served for vertical communication during construction, and was covered with ceramics upon completion of the works.

At the Open House Day, you will be able to tour the house, talk to our sales advisors about the possibilities of prefabricated construction and the new systems in our offer, and see firsthand why it is important to entrust construction to a company that has been a professional in this field for over thirty years.
