Modern Production and Construction

Traditional carpentry techniques have evolved into an industry with digital planning processes, CNC-controlled production lines, a high level of prefabrication in production plants, and fast and precise on-site assembly.

Basic production processes involve assembling individual layers into prefabricated elements. The degree of prefabrication indicates the level of the work completed in the factory and delivered at the site.

Workshop documentation is produced based on architectural drawings and structural calculations.

3D CAD/CAM software is used to model the building, including geometry, all dimensioned structural elements, cladding layers, and connection details. The model integrates electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other technical disciplines.

Domprojekt's structural department coordinates all project levels into a unified CAD model capable of generating machine processing files (CAM).
