Two-story prefabricated house with terrace ⌂ Požega

In the Slavonian region, in Požega, the prefabricated two-storey house is taking shape as a spacious family home, and the aerial view shows it under construction. A pitched roof with dark blue tiles and a white facade give it a neat look, while a lower ground-floor part beside the main volume, with a covered terrace, widens the usable space. The building is under construction, with the surroundings still being landscaped, in a hilly area with neighbouring houses. The elements are made in a closed, controlled environment, so construction runs throughout the year, regardless of the weather. The large-format parts are then lifted by crane onto a prepared reinforced-concrete slab, so assembly takes only a few days. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones, and the layout can be adapted to the family's needs.
