Two-story prefabricated house with pool ⌂ Nedešćina

In the green Istrian area of Nedešćina, the prefabricated two-storey house offers a family home with a richly landscaped plot, and the aerial view reveals the whole. A hip roof with brown tiles and a white rendered facade with stone details give it a warm look, while a covered terrace on the ground floor and a pool, a trampoline, a barbecue and a covered seating corner in the yard create a space for rest and gatherings, with mountains in the background. Natural and ecological materials were used in the construction, and the interior plasterboard linings naturally regulate humidity, so the space is pleasant at any time. Because every catalogue design can be adapted, the layout, dimensions and openings are matched to the family's needs. The two-storey layout separates the day and night zones by floor.
