Two-story prefabricated house with multi-pitched roof ⌂ Brodarica

On a rocky coastal location in Brodarica, the prefabricated two-storey house combines a Mediterranean character and modern comfort, and the aerial view captures it at a festive moment with guests gathered. A hip roof with brown tiles and a white rendered facade with stone details give it a warm look, while green shutters and a covered terrace on the yard side add a distinctive atmosphere. Beside the house is a paved platform with a car park. Natural and ecological materials were used in the construction, and the interior plasterboard linings naturally regulate air humidity, so the space is pleasant at any time. Because the construction is dry, moving in is possible almost immediately after the works are finished, without a long wait for the building to dry out.
