Two-story prefabricated house with garage and terrace ⌂ Dubrava near Šibenik

In the Mediterranean, rocky area above Šibenik, in Dubrava, the prefabricated two-storey house radiates a warm coastal character. A hip roof with brown tiles, a white rendered facade with stone details and stone columns give it a harmonious look, while a garage with dark doors and a spacious covered terrace on columns on the ground floor combine practicality and comfort, and dark shutters on the openings add a Mediterranean atmosphere. Natural materials were used in the construction, and the interior plasterboard linings naturally regulate air humidity and make the space pleasant. All the elements are made in the factory under constant quality control, so on-site assembly is fast and precise. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones.
