Two-story prefabricated house with a covered terrace ⌂ Courrendlin/CH

A warm yellow rendered facade and a hip roof with tiles give it a cheerful, family look, while a large covered terrace with white wooden columns, garden furniture and a barbecue, screened by white curtains, creates a pleasant outdoor living space. A landscaped lawn sits by the house, and the surroundings are gently hilly. The house is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so the structure is assembled in only a few days and construction runs quickly throughout the year. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind to European standards, with low running costs even in the harsher mountain climate. Projects in Switzerland confirm that prefab houses from Croatia meet even the strictest quality standards.
