Two-story prefabricated house ⌂ Brdovec

In the final stage of construction, the prefabricated two-storey house in Brdovec already shows its harmonious, modern look. A hip roof with dark anthracite tiles and a white rendered facade give it a clean line, and a special touch is the two side covered terraces on the ground floor with their own smaller roofs and large glass walls with dark frames in the centre. Rows of windows run across the upper floor, while the surroundings are hilly and green. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones by floor. It is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so the load-bearing structure goes up in just a few days and a high level of completion is reached within a few weeks. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind to European standards. With one partner and a price set in advance, the project is clear and predictable.
