Semi-detached prefabricated two-story house ⌂ Triengen/CH

Triengen in Switzerland is home to a row of modern prefabricated two-storey residential buildings, another Domprojekt project across the border. White rendered facades with flat roofs and timber cladding on parts of the frontage give the whole a uniform, warm feel, while white garage doors and covered entrances with timber cladding on the ground floor add functionality. The buildings stand along an asphalt street in an urban setting. Because the elements are produced in a closed, controlled environment, construction runs throughout the year and does not depend on the weather. Several connected buildings thus go up quickly and to the same level of quality, and dry construction allows moving in soon after the works are finished. Swiss projects like this one confirm that prefab houses from Croatia are a match for the most demanding markets.
