Semi-detached prefabricated two-story house ⌂ Novalja

This semi-detached prefabricated two-storey house in Novalja on the island of Pag brings together two living units under one roof, each with its own entrance. A clean beige rendered facade with black frames and dark roller shutters gives it a modern, coastal look, while the flat roof underlines its contemporary lines. On the upper floor, a central covered balcony with a black metal railing stands out as an ideal spot for summer evenings. A landscaped yard with a paved terrace, ornamental shrubs and a stone gabion wall completes the picture, while the two-storey layout makes better use of the plot and clearly separates the day and night zones.
