Semi-detached prefabricated house with attic ⌂ Hunsdorf/L

This semi-detached prefabricated house with an attic was built in Hunsdorf in Luxembourg, surrounded by tall greenery. A pitched roof with dark metal cladding and a facade in a combination of white, grey and green give it a contemporary, distinctive look, while large glazed surfaces with dark frames on the ground floor fill the space with light. The layout over two floors plus an attic offers plenty of usable space for each of the two families. The house is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so even the semi-detached building goes up quickly and to a uniform standard, throughout the year. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and engineered to European standards for the specific location, resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind. A project like this shows that prefab houses from Croatia are built to the same high standard in demanding Western European markets too.
