Prefabricated two-story house with terrace ⌂ Fuškulin

In a peaceful Istrian area, in Fuškulin, the prefabricated two-storey house combines a traditional look and contemporary comfort. A hip roof with brown tiles, a white rendered facade with stone cladding and stone columns give it a warm character, while a spacious covered terrace on columns on the ground floor and dark shutters on the openings add a distinctive Mediterranean atmosphere. In front is a paved drive, and the surroundings are flat with a green lawn. Because every catalogue design can be adapted, the room layout, dimensions and number of openings are matched to your wishes and the plot. Natural materials were used in the construction, and the interior plasterboard linings naturally regulate air humidity, so the space is pleasant at any time. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones.
