Prefabricated three-story house ⌂ Hvar

On a rocky, hilly location on Hvar, a three-storey prefabricated building with a light pink rendered facade and recessed loggias on the frontage is taking shape. The building is under construction, with a concrete foundation part and a building site around it, in an area with nearby houses and a view of the Mediterranean landscape. The structure is assembled from large-format timber panels placed on a prepared reinforced-concrete slab, so even a multi-storey building goes up quickly and to a uniform standard. The light timber load-bearing structure takes on less seismic load, and it is engineered to European standards for the specific location, resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind. The recessed loggias will provide a sheltered outdoor space with a view, typical of island life. The price is fixed in advance by contract and unchangeable.
