Prefabricated residential building ⌂ Pfaffnau/CH

Raised in Pfaffnau in Switzerland, this multi-storey prefabricated residential building shows that Domprojekt reliably delivers larger buildings beyond Croatia too. A white rendered facade, a flat roof and rows of balconies with glass balustrades give it a neat contemporary line, while a recessed entrance area on the ground floor emphasises the frontage. The building is in the landscaping stage, in a hilly area with other residential buildings in the background. All floors are assembled from large-format elements made in the factory, so even a larger residential building goes up quickly and to a uniform standard on every floor.
