Prefabricated houses with attic ⌂ Kakma

On a coastal, hilly location in Kakma, two prefabricated houses with an attic have been built, captured from the air. Gable roofs with dark tiles and facades in light violet and white tones give them a harmonious look, while a small balcony with a metal railing and roller shutters add functionality. The buildings sit on a platform ready for landscaping, in an area with several neighbouring houses and a view towards the sea. The layout with an upper floor and an attic offers plenty of usable space. They are built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so even several buildings go up quickly and to a uniform standard, throughout the year.
