It is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so construction is fast, precise and possible throughout the year. The robust timber structure is engineered to European standards for the specific location and resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind, while the fully insulated envelope guarantees low running costs in the demanding Alpine climate.
