Prefabricated house Sofia with pool ⌂ Baderna

The Sofia model, a prefabricated two-storey house built in Baderna, combines a modern look and relaxed Istrian living by the pool. A pitched tiled roof and a facade combining white render, stone cladding and dark timber give it a warm, distinctive character, while a covered terrace on the ground floor and a paved yard with a pool, sun loungers and a lawn create a real summer oasis, with a view towards the sea. All the elements of the house are made in the factory under constant supervision and quality control, so the workmanship is uniform and on-site assembly is fast. The fully insulated envelope makes it low-energy and keeps running costs low throughout the year. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones by floor.
