Modern prefabricated two-story house ⌂ Ždrelac

A modern prefabricated two-storey house in Ždrelac on the island of Pašman is turned towards light and views, as a row of large glazed openings on the upper floor and spacious glass walls on the ground floor fill it with daylight. A flat roof and a grey facade with dark accents give it a distinctly contemporary character, and a covered terrace and a concrete area with garden furniture extend the living space outdoors. The two-storey layout makes good use of the plot and separates the day and night zones by floor. The house is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so the load-bearing structure is assembled in a few days and the whole build runs quickly and year-round. The fully insulated envelope makes it low-energy, and the timber structure is resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind to European standards. With one partner and a price set in advance, the project is clear and predictable from day one.
