Family prefabricated house with attic ⌂ Fiume Veneto/I

This family prefabricated house with an attic was built in Fiume Veneto in Italy, another Domprojekt project beyond Croatia. A white rendered facade and a pitched roof with wide overhanging eaves and tiles give it a warm, classic look, while the layout with an upper floor and an attic offers plenty of usable space for a family. A masonry wall of stone blocks complements the building, which the photo shows during the works. The house is built with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so construction is fast, precise and possible throughout the year. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and engineered to European standards for the specific location, resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind. Projects like this show that prefab houses from Croatia take shape to the same high standard in foreign markets too.
