Bungalow-style prefabricated house ⌂ Dijon/F

This prefabricated bungalow was built in Dijon in France, another Domprojekt project in the west of Europe. A flat roof and a two-tone facade, light white with a dark anthracite band, give it a modern, striking look, while large glass walls with sliding doors connect the interior with a big paved terrace. Living on one level brings practicality and easy movement through the whole space. The house is raised with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so construction is fast and precise, with moving into a healthy space soon after the works are finished. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind to European standards. With one partner running the whole project and a price known in advance, the build stays clear and predictable regardless of the distance.
