Bungalow-style family prefabricated house ⌂ Sveti Tomaž/SLO
A family prefabricated bungalow in Sveti Tomaž in Slovenia is another Domprojekt project across the border. A hip roof with dark tiles and a white rendered facade with dark stone cladding on the plinth, dark window frames and roller shutters give it a neat, modern look, while a covered terrace with dark columns and an annex with a garage add functionality. The surrounding terrain is grassed and partly unlandscaped. Living on one level brings practicality and easy movement through the whole space. It is raised with dry prefabricated technology from ready-made elements, so construction is fast, precise and possible throughout the year. The fully insulated timber structure is low-energy and resistant to earthquakes, fire, snow and wind to European standards, and projects in Slovenia confirm that prefab houses from Croatia reliably reach neighbouring markets too.
