House prices are provided upon request for each specific house type and construction location.
House prices are not calculated per m², but based on a bill of quantities, using the calculation: quantities of materials × unit prices. The price is affected by the complexity of the design solution, the size of the building, the types of materials installed in the house, the selected construction system, and the construction location.
House prices are prepared for the high shell construction level, which includes the construction of a house completed on the outside, excluding terrace railings and terrace floor coverings, while the interior is brought to the stage ready for final finishing works. Foundations are not included in the price.
The possibility of carrying out additional works or a turnkey option depends on the construction location.
Modifications are possible on houses from the Catalogue. We also build houses according to individual projects.
