Which materials do you use for thermal insulation in walls with a timber load-bearing structure?

We use stone wool as infill in the walls and ceilings, and we clad the wall panels on the outside with expanded polystyrene or, at the customer's request, with stone wool, wood fibre, etc. The thickness of the thermal insulation depends on the construction system chosen by the investor.
