What must be submitted for the issuance of a building permit for a prefabricated house?

The application for the issuance of a building permit, together with its annexes, is submitted by the investor (or an authorised representative) electronically.

For a building permit for which, under a special law, no location permit is issued, the investor encloses with the application:

• the main design
• the studies referred to in Article 69, paragraph 2 of the Building Act
• the building's energy performance certificate, if prescribed by the technical regulation governing the rational use of energy and thermal protection in buildings
• the report on the review of the main design, if such review is prescribed
• the report on the nostrification of the main design, if the design was prepared according to foreign regulations
• proof of legal interest in the issuance of the building permit
• proof of eligibility to act as investor (concession, consent or other act prescribed by a special regulation) in the case of a building for which a special regulation prescribes who may be the investor, and
• proof that the owner of the building land has fulfilled their obligation to transfer part of the land into the ownership of the local self-government unit, or the obligation to conclude a contract establishing an easement of passage and/or access, as prescribed by the special law governing spatial planning, if such an obligation exists.
