The first step is concluding a design contract so that the preparation of the project documentation can begin. Before preparing the project documentation, a geodetic survey of the actual state (GSSS) of the building plot in question must be provided. After that, a description and graphic representation of the building is prepared, on the basis of which the special conditions and connection conditions required for the preparation of the main design are obtained from the public authorities.
