What is a use permit and who issues it?
A use permit is applied for upon completion of construction and may be issued if the building has been built to the degree of completion specified in the building permit. The use permit is issued by the building authority that issued the building permit, after a technical inspection has established that the building has been built in accordance with the building permit, i.e. with the main design in the case of a building that may be built, or works that may be carried out, on the basis of the main design.
