Notification of the start of construction?

The investor is obliged to notify the building authority of the start of construction, or the continuation of works, electronically, no later than eight days before the start of construction.

In the notification of the start of construction of a building built on the basis of a building permit, the investor must state the class, registry number and date of issue of the building permit, the contractor and the supervising engineer, and enclose with the notification proof that a building plot has been formed in the cadastre, if a building is being built for which a building plot is determined.

Before the start of construction, the investor must ensure that the building is staked out on site.
