How long is a building permit valid?
A building permit ceases to be valid if the investor does not begin construction within three years from the date on which the permit became final.
The investor is considered to have begun construction from the date of notification of the start of construction.
The validity of a building permit is extended once, for three years, at the investor's request, provided that the conditions for carrying out the development determined by the spatial plan or the location permit under which the building permit was issued have not changed.
