How is the municipal contribution calculated?
The municipal contribution is calculated according to the volume of the building in cubic metres (m3), as the sum of the volume of the individual parts of the building that are enclosed, i.e. bounded on the outside, increased by the volume of those parts of the building that are not enclosed but are covered and bounded towards the outside (loggias, covered terraces or covered parts of terraces, porches, covered passages), for which a height of 1.0 m is used to calculate the volume.
The amount of the municipal contribution is determined by zones at the local level.
