Change of investor after the building permit has been issued?

If the investor changes after the building permit has been issued, the new investor is obliged, within fifteen days from the date of the change, to request an amendment of the building permit from the building authority regarding the change of the investor's name or company name.

The new investor encloses with the request for amendment of the building permit proof of legal interest in the issuance of the building permit or the consent of the previous investor, as well as proof of eligibility to act as investor (concession, consent or other act prescribed by a special regulation) in the case of a building for which a special law prescribes who may be the investor.
