Low-energy Domprojekt houses - single-level with attics, have a net area of 119m² - 290m². They are architecturally designed as houses with ridged, or multi-ridged roofs, and the houses have been foreseen for the construction of one apartment, or for two apartments, such as in the Đanina or Ida house, which have two living units with separate entrances. The exteriors of all the houses are adapted to the location where they are built.
